We recently attended an office block in Reigate RH1, because their suspended pipework was blocked up and flooding.
We used a high pressure water jet to clear the drain and CCTV inspected the drain afterwards. The blockage was caused by a build-up of grease and fat. We had to use a milling machine to remove the hardened deposits of fat and scale on the side of the drains. The pipework was re-connected after we had got it clean and flowing as should.
We then cleaned up the mess caused by the overflowing pipe and sanitised the area.
