Excellent service. Had a problem with a smell emanating from the bathroom. I suspected a blocked drain. Plumber arrived the same day. Following investigation he found no blockages after removing the inspection covers and carrying out several flushes. Eventually traced the smell to a redundant bidet in the bathroom. Very thorough investigation. Would have no problem with using Drain Boss for future work.

Phoned up at 2pm and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who booked for my drain at home to be unblocked. She told me Charlie would be there between 5.30-6.30pm and that he would ring half hour before; as promised, he rang and arrived on time. I was very pleased with the service offered by this company from start to finish and Charlie was friendly and professional. I also felt the price was reasonable. Would not hesitate to use again, though I hope I won't need to!
