The price of gutter cleaning depends on a few factors, such as the height of the building and the type of your property, or additional requests like downpipe cleaning. Accessibility issues may incur additional charges. A good gauge for a price on gutter cleaning is £5 per meter of gutter but a minimum charge may apply. For a more accurate price, call our friendly staff and describe your property and the service you require and we should be able to give you an estimate over the phone.
This depends on the amount and proximity of trees and foliage near your property. Generally, to prevent the gutters from overflowing or leaking and possibility of causing water damage to your roof or walls, it’s best to clean them at least once every 6 – 12 months
We have the latest technology and this includes a high reach gutter vac system. It has a powerful vacuum that quickly suck’s all the leaves, moss and debris from your gutters. We can also use a ladder and bucket on the more compacted gutter debris, or hard to reach areas and scoop out all the debris manually.
They may become blocked due to debris build up, resulting in water overflowing and dampening your walls, or causing water damage to your roof.
Signs that you have blocked gutters include water spilling over the gutter’s sides, sagging gutters, growth of plants, and staining on your property’s walls.
Using a gutter vac is a much safer and easier way to clear your gutters as it doesn’t require climbing a ladder. You should avoid pressure washing from a ladder if at all possible.
We recommend cleaning the gutters in spring March/ April and or Autumn September/ October this will allow for the leaves to fall into clear gutters and not onto already full compacted gutters
