A Residential client called us out complaining of flooding in their back garden and sewage smells in their property. We attended promptly and diagnosed the problem.
We carried out a CCTV drain inspection using a CCTV Drain camera and we were able to show the customer the blockage and advise on the problem – their Soil Stack Pipe was choked with stones, gravel, and large deposits of fat.
We then cleared the blockage by high pressure jetting and then sanitised the area afterwards.
The client was happy and has not suffered with a blocked drain since.
